Advanced Reiki
Reiki is a relaxation technique that brings about balance health and well-being.
I offer William Rand's holy fire Reiki that is similar to traditional Reiki but with a few enhancements.
The session can include mediation practice guided by the energy itself. With gentle laying on of hands the perfect conditions for healing are given.
Angelic Reiki works with angels, acceded masters and galactic healers. To bring powerful energy work.
Allies of light including Jesus, arch angels ext are called forth to bring you a very special session. Typically with a team of 3 to 15 beings working with me to help bring about relaxation, calm, pain reduction, increased well-being, alongside increased feelings of peace, love & joy.
SiReiki is my form of Reiki That i have developed combining traditional Reiki with angelic and considerably expanding and enhancing the techniques. Developed for group healing that i offer for free on Sundays. this system is unique I am the only practitioner in the world.

Aromatherapy massage.
Using top quality aromatherapy oils and nutritious carrier oils. This gentle yet effective massage eases tension and stress while working on your health and well-being. 30 to 60 minuets sessions are available of pure relaxation and recovery.
Reflexology
Therapeutic foot and hand treatments to enhance overall health. Originating back to Egyptian times and later rediscovered as zone therapy.
Reflexology helps to balance mind and body and promote toxin removal and overall body system health and balance.
If had regularly its an excellent way to boost health and well-being. And there is some feedback to clues of your general health on the day (though reflexology is not a diagnostic tool in nature).
This invigorating yet relaxing treatment can be performed on feet or hands. 30 to 60 minuets of time invested into your health.
Sports Massage Therapy
Tailored massage techniques to support athletes and non athletes alike in recovery and maintenance. 30 to 60 min sessions available including postural & movement analysis. Using top quality aromatherapy oils to further enhance the treatment. Using a combination of massage techniques and trigger work I can help you feel on top form once again!
Meditation one to one and groups.
I offer one to one (and group mediation practice on request) using either Holy fire Reiki meditations or guided mediation without Reiki. Meditation is a great way to find more peace within your busy hectic schedule.
