I started my holistic journey back in 1999 to benefit myself and others who suffer from various ailments and want better health.
Since starting my journey I have continued my learning with advanced Reiki techniques, meditation, nutrition, reflexology, and aromatherapy.
It is my mission to bring exceptional quality and value healthcare without a heavy price tag; to everyone who desires a breath of fresh air when it comes to complimenting their health and well-being.
Advanced Holistic's should be affordable therefore I have set my prices to an attainable level at their original price.
I also add frequent promotions to encourage you to invest in your health while also having permanent concessions if you are elderly or on disability benefits as charity is an important aspect of healing work or at least should be in my humble opinion.
I offer Remedial Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Usui Holy Fire Reiki, Angelic Reiki, SiReiki, and SiReiki Synergy as well as Meditation practices.
Our Therapies
Holistic Remedial Aromatherapy Massage and soon sports massage.
Remedial aromatherapy back massage, utilizing Swedish, Neuromusculalar, Lymphatic massage, trigger point work, gentle traditional aromatherapy techniques and more. To ease tension and induce relaxation, reduce knots, and work on your problem areas. Promoting health and well-being.
This massage gets its effectiveness not from shear pressure but from gentle to moderate pressure and natural proven science.
This massage is performed with a personally tailored blend of top quality pure essential oils and carrier oils. Sessions last from 25 to 50 mins depending your chosen length of treatment.
Advanced Reiki Practitioner.
My origins of healing started with Usui (traditional) Reiki. My journey has continued with Usui Holy Fire Reiki and Angelic Reiki. Deepening the healing on many levels.
In a Holy Fire Reiki session, I will gently lay hands in various hand positions with some above the body for a few minutes at a time.
Angelic Reiki can be performed in a chair or on a massage couch. There is less hand positions during this special healing session as angelic energy is very much working on your behalf during the session.
SiReiki is my form of holistic therapy i have created combining developed and enhanced Reiki with Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic holistic and sports massage, trigger point work, pressure points, guided mediation, crystals and more all wrapped up into something that is more powerful than its individual components.
SiReiki synergy is all of my knowledge of holistic s and sports combined with meditation & my unique mixture of developed Reiki techniques and training.
With all forms of Reiki It is common to feel the gentle warmth, relaxation, pain-and-anxiety-relief, and increased well-being, just to skim the surface of benefits people record, during and after the session.
The healing energy continues to be absorbed and works well after the session; people will typically feel the full benefit the next day after sleep.
With Reiki the effect continues much after the session typically people with small health conditions come on average every two weeks.
Only some of the benefit is lost with day to day stress and strain ext.

Animal Reiki
Why not give your animal friend the gentle yet powerful healing effect of Reiki. Sessions are available in the comfort of your own home for maximum effectiveness and comfort over a video call.
Distance Reiki
Usui Holy Fire Reiki, Angelic Or SiReiki remotely performed where ever you are.
Some people say distance Reiki is just as effective as in-person sessions while some prefer it to in person. no need to come to our shop stay in the comfort of home.
That means you don't have any concerns regarding virus and is highly convenient for those with access issues, or who have a very busy schedule.
Simply book and at the time of the session I will send it to you for you to receive in the comfort of your own home.
Group & World SiReiki Healing are offed for groups of no limited number upon request.
World healing every Sunday at 12 UK time till at least 1230 using SiReiki techniques. No need to pay but donations are welcome.

Reflexology with Aromatherapy (feet, hands or ears).
Based on an ancient form of massage therapy, reflexology stimulates specific pressure points on your feet, relieving tension and restoring a smooth energy flow throughout the body.
Foot reflexology enhances the distinctive healing mechanisms of the body. It involves pressure to specific reflex points on the feet using certain hand, finger or thumb techniques.
Reflexology is not a diagnostic tool even though it does give some feedback on general health, it is instead designed to complement a variety of health conditions.
Reflexology is based on the premise that internal organs, bones and body systems can be positively influenced by properly applying pressure to the points on the feet, ears or hands.
Reflexology is much more than a foot rub in fact it is an art that dates back 5000 years. A pictograph on the Egyptian tomb of Ankhmhor is thought to be one of the first recordings of reflexology points. In 1913, William Fitzgerald introduced reflexology to the modern world since then it has become a popular therapy worldwide.
Reflexology works to balance and restore the body's health. There are different zones or reflex zones throughout the body there is a total of 10 zones for example the big toes represent the brain and is zone 1.
Reflexology works on the central nervous system as there is a neurological relationship between internal organs and the skin and that the entire nervous system; which adjusts when stimulated. When pressure is applied to the feet a claiming message is sent to the nervous system as a result overall relaxation helps the organs function at their best.
When stress is not addressed there are energy blockages and the inefficiencies in the body will lead to illness. Reflexology promotes a flow of energy that helps bring about balance and health within the body and mind. Reflexology also helps to improve circulation and condition of the local area and let's face it our feet deserve some pampering.
